This is a ROOM rental, NOT an apartment. It's located at Temple University area. The room is on the 2nd floor, with a shared kitchen and 1 bathrooms with 1 other occupant. We only allow SINGLE OCCUPANCY (one person to a room). We do NOT take SSI as a source of income, all tenants must be psychically employed, or if you are a student, we have other ways to qualify you. NO PET. The building provides central air, and laundry in unit. 2 people share the PECO, PWG and Cable bill.
