Concierge/Doorman, helpful and attentive with packages and unloading cars and even calling the elevator for you! The building management is simply the best. The entire staff is super friendly and any issues reported are addressed immediately. This has been by far the best rental experience we have had in NYC. The building is also very well maintained and very clean. Storage room and bike storage also available. Available for short term lease pending application approval from building management.
