The most used room is the greenhouse, which is responsible for heating/cooling the house throughout the year.
Part of the construction was made with recycled materials such as tires and the rest with the Steel Framing system of great flexibility, durability and very little maintenance.
The land where the house is 16,250 square meters 1.6 hectares.It is an ideal land to do some business with animals or gardens. around less than 300 meters there is a vineyard and walnut plantation. All in the beautiful town of La Cumbre, Córdoba, Argentina
The house lacks finishes but it is fully habitable and it is the first stage of a 340 square meter project that unfortunately we cannot continue.

Energía eléctrica con sistema fotovoltaico de 7Kwatts (olvidate de pagar y de los cortes de luz)
Solar pasiva. Se calefacciona y se refrigera con el sol, se necesita poco encender la estufa a leña.
Recolecta agua de lluvia y por mas de 4 meses no se usa el agua de poso.
Tiene 2 habitaciones, un baño, cocina comedor y cochera para 2 autos que se puede usar como quincho o taller.
El ambiente mas usado es el invernadero que es el responsable de calefaccionar la casa durante todo el año.
Parte de la construcción se hizo con materiales reciclados como neumáticos y el resto con el sistema Steel Framing de mucha flexibilidad, durabilidad y muy poco mantenimiento.
El terreno donde esta la casa de de 16250 mts cuadrados 1,6 hectáreas. (el costo del terreno solo es de 60 mil)es un terreno ideal para hacer algún emprendimiento con animales o huertas. al rededor a menos de 300 metros hay un viñedo y plantación de nogales. Todo en el hermosos pueblo de La Cumbre, Punilla, Córdoba, Argentina
